• Non-Refundable Fees: Parents/Guardians acknowledge that all fees paid to Talent Learning Center are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.
• Monthly Fees: The monthly tuition fee must be paid by the 5th of every month.
• Late Fee Penalty: If the monthly fees are not paid by the due date, a late fee will be applied per day for each subject. The total late fee will be subject to a maximum limit, as determined by Talent Learning Center.
